Over the last five years, I’ve helped healthcare organizations and startups reduce churn, improve booking flows, and build digital products people actually use. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new cities, tinkering with side projects, or searching for the best coffee.
Approach to design
My design approach starts with being clear about the goal. I focus on what the business wants to achieve and balance those needs with what users need most. I create solutions that are simple and easy to use by treating design as problem-solving and removing anything that gets in the way. I guide stakeholders by listening, showing examples, and setting clear goals. Prototyping helps me test ideas quickly, align teams, and keep the big picture in mind.
